CONSISTENCY IS A MUST: Brooks has an incredibly expressive brand. But they haven’t always spoken to consumers in a consistent way. Sometimes they've been overly serious, while other times the messages verged on silly. Milepost59 and Brand Lab teamed up to analyze and map out the Brooks brand. We then created a set of tools and guidelines so Brooks could evaluate and fine tune their communications in real-time, keeping the messaging consistent and powerful.
